Every year on Valentine’s Day we love to surprise and delight our guests with different décor and desserts that we prepare for that special day.
Our kitchen team starts preparing all kind of decoration early in the morning, for every ordered dish that day. On Valentine’s, we serve homemade heart-shaped pastry, and every dish has a heart decoration from different kinds of vegetables or fruit.
This year we had as many as thousand heart-shaped balloons floating over every table. We encouraged our guests to take the balloon bouquets with them, as it was quite crowded.
An interesting moment happened this year when all of a sudden – electricity went out.
We brought out all the candles that we had, and lit them at every table. The atmosphere was so romantic, and as music went silent, you could only hear laughter and whispers of love. Guests commented on how it was our intentional trick for that night, so it gets more romantic and intimate. Who knew? Many Instagram stories were made that night, for sure.
